Position Overview
As a Remote Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring that the office operates efficiently from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and team members.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service when answering inquiries and forwarding information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as data entry and filing.
  • Email Handling: Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience).
