Receptionist/Office Coordinator

 

Position: Financial Technology Partners is seeking an Receptionist for their NYC Office, 5 days a week in office.

Role Description: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the office, providing high-quality administrative support to Analysts, Associates, and other team members. This role is integral to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage conference room scheduling, catering arrangements, and logistics for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support team events and programs.
  • Oversee office and kitchen supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and spaces remain organized.
  • Perform administrative tasks including scanning, copying, distributing documents, filing, and supporting organizational projects.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of reception and all shared public spaces.
  • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

General Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a reception and or administrative support role
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to perform in a busy, multi-tasking work environment
  • Extremely organized and technology savvy
  • Comfortable in a vibrant office environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team
  • A self-starter and ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to work alone and follow through with tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • U.S. work authorization

Salary: $67,500
