The Recruiter/Matching Specialist is responsible for matching candidates to roles based on client requirements, ensuring efficient and quality placements while managing candidate communications and documentation.

Role Overview
The Recruiter/Matching Specialist is responsible for the core function of candidate-to-role matching. This involves analyzing client requirements, assessing candidates in the pool, and ensuring that the most suitable profiles are presented for each role. The position is essential to guaranteeing fast, high-quality matches that drive successful placements.
The salary for this role is $1200.00
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end matching process, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate submissions aligned with client requirements.
- Review job descriptions and validate role feasibility based on internal guidelines and talent pool capabilities.
- Conduct job postings across internal platforms and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including candidate status, interview feedback, and process notes.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Consultants, Talent Partners) to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
- Provide structured feedback and recommendations based on candidate evaluations and client expectations.
- Monitor pipeline progress and ensure all roles are actively moving forward within established timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.
- Conduct the job offer meeting with the selected candidate to formally present the role details, assess the candidate’s commitment and alignment, address any questions, and successfully finalize the job offer process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or candidate coordination.
- Ability to manage high volumes of candidates while multitasking across multiple roles and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidates fit against job requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Results-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timelines
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs.
- RAM: 16 GB minimum.
- Internet: Stable connection of 25-50 Mbps minimum.
