  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, customer-service-oriented approach
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines
  • Comfort working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new technology and recruiting tools

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience recruiting for sales or business development roles
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms

Compensation:

The base salary range targeted for this role is $50,000–$60,000. This salary range represents our reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
