Sei Development Foundation is hiring a Recruiter with a deep passion for Web3 to support the company's hiring. This role will work with leaders across BD, Growth, Product and beyond in growing the Sei team in New York and globally. This recruiter will roll up their sleeves in sourcing and hiring end to end across a broad spectrum of Web3 talent.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, engage, and close top tier Web 3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), conveying to them the unique mission and culture we’ve built at Sei Development Foundation

  • Run thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talent

  • Build and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles, focusing on quality and speed

  • Work closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles

  • Act as a candidate’s first point of contact and provide a great candidate experience

  • Track sourcing metrics and iterate based on what’s working

  • Recruiting coordination including scheduling and maintaining up-to-date ATS records

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within a web3 startup building teams globally

  • Deep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2s

  • Strong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new roles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • A history of building deep, trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environment

  • Passion for the wide-ranging use cases and impact of crypto on the future of finance

  • Evidence of being relentless in professional challenges and accomplishments

  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Experience working independently in a hybrid and async environment

  • Comfortable using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
