Grapevine’s procurement software enables medical practices to save up to millions of dollars and hundreds of hours annually on ordering medical and surgical supplies. Our customers include private practices and publicly traded companies, scaling to meet the needs of healthcare providers nationwide.

We are hiring a Recruiter to supercharge our hiring process. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting for both technical and business roles. This onsite role is based in NYC and reports to Chris Brantley, the Head of Finance and Operations. Grapevine works 5 days per week in office.

 
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles;

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings;

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;

  • Conduct initial interviews to qualify candidates;

  • Maintain Ashby ATS with accurate and up-to-date information; and

  • Own workplace operations, including ordering office supplies, snacks, and other workplace projects.

     
Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in recruiting for early stage tech companies;

  • Understanding of standard job functions in tech companies;

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools; and

  • An unmatched standard of excellence.
