The Kensho Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring talent that help Kensho innovate within the AI and financial space. The team partners closely with leaders across engineering, research, and product to understand evolving technical priorities—ranging from machine learning, R&D, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and business focused roles —and translates those needs into targeted, high-impact hiring.

Kensho states that the anticipated base salary range for the position is 60-85K. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and equity plans. At Kensho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.


What You’ll Do:

  • You will leverage tools such as Goodtime and Workday to schedule interviews across multiple different teams globally and provide a white glove experience for all candidates

  • Be our teams’ internal power user of Workday

  • Run Kensho’s onboarding for all new employees, from offer to Day 1, providing exceptional support to ensure a smooth transition to Kensho

  • Recruitment Marketing: partnering with sites like BuiltIn to create curated content for candidates

  • Over time, you will own the Kensho Summer Internship program, from identifying and recruiting top engineering talent to their onboarding and summer programming

  • Be AI and Automation Curious: Find ways to automate different workflows to maximize team capacity with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding

  • Be a point of contact for all candidate interviews

  • First level HR administration support


What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ months experience or internship in recruiting coordination or HR; preferably at a technology company 

  • Incredibly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Creative and process-driven; being able to look for ways to improve our processes

  • Friendly and professional demeanor as this role will be on the frontline as one of the first points of contact at Kensho

  • Ability to effectively communicate and forge working relationships across the organization in a hybrid working environment across multiple offices
