We are looking for a coordinator to support our recruiting team in the planning and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across multiple universities in the US.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with our team to carry out various strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting. Your day-to-day will be crucial to the campus recruitment cycle, and some of your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office), representing Jane Street at events, managing job and event postings on internal and external platforms, and sending marketing and communications to candidates.
We are looking for a smart, organized, enthusiastic professional who is eager to learn and develop a career in recruiting. You should have a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude, and an inclination to proactively volunteer to help wherever needed. We expect that there will be a lot to learn, but you should be excited to dive right in, humble about what you do and don’t know, and eager to ask questions and seek feedback from others.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. They will be comfortable managing several projects and priorities throughout the recruitment cycle.
The time and energy you invest in this role will be reciprocated as we teach you the ins and outs of Jane Street’s campus recruiting strategy. Our team has a longstanding track record of hiring great people and coaching them to their full potential. This is an incredible opportunity to become a member of an established group within an innovative firm, and we hope this role is just the beginning of your long, successful career here.
