*This will be a 3-4 month contract position through the end of the year*

Responsibilities:

Recruiting Support (primary focus)

  • Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
  • Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to all candidates in the interviewing process
  • Help source on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters

HR Support (as needed)

  • Support broader HR team initiatives and projects during periods of lower recruiting volume
  • Support HR reporting and analytics needs across the team
  • Assist with backlog HR projects, including digital file migration, compliance auditing, employee experience initiatives, and work anniversary/milestone management
  • Provide general office administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information
  • Comfort working with data and pulling insights from reports; experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for analysis and tracking
  • Experience with Google Suite, and ATS systems is a plus
  • EST hours preferred

Hourly pay rate: $25 per hour.
