Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid – Austin, TX)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations. This role is critical in delivering a seamless candidate experience while ensuring efficient coordination across hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates professionally with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy
Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams
Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting
Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support
Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams

Job Type:
Contract (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)

Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Requirements (short version):
1–3 years recruiting coordination or scheduling experience
Strong calendar management and communication skills
Experience with ATS systems preferred
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with G-Suite
