About the Role

The People Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a data-savvy and detail-oriented Recruiting Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to improve how we hire at Attentive. The role will work closely with the Recruiting Leadership Team and Recruiting Operations to provide reporting, insights, and optimized tools that help measure performance and enhance data-driven decision-making across our recruiting function. The Recruiting Data Analyst will also be responsible for helping optimize our recruiting data environment, ensuring that our data is efficiently structured, accessible, and actionable. The role will be tasked with building dashboards and self-service tools that empower recruiters and leaders to understand and act on data with ease.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Partner with the Recruiting Leadership Team to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights to track key recruiting metrics
  • Learn and manage the data structure and configuration of our recruiting tools, Lever and Ashby; make recommendations and implement changes to improve data quality
  • Build and maintain a centralized data landing page and self-service dashboards to provide easy, intuitive access to recruiting data
  • Proactively identify gaps in current reporting and develop scalable solutions to fill them
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics definitions and data sources
  • Analyze recruiting trends and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, funnel conversion, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement

Your Expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a data-focused analytical role – experience working with People data is a plus
  • High degree of proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort with building dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., Ashby, Tableau, Looker)
  • Familiarity with (or excitement to learn) Lever, Ashby, or similar recruiting platforms
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset with a willingness to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data in a clear, compelling way

$50/hour


This is a 6 month contract.
