ABOUT THE ROLE
The Regal team is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of our recruiting and hiring team. This role is for someone who can independently manage recruiting logistics, proactively improve processes, run our day-to-day systems & workflows, and help implement and manage cutting-edge tools to keep up with the team's fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own data accuracy, system integrity, and ongoing maintenance of the ATS
- Support implementation and rollout of new recruiting and people tools, including ATS migrations
- Partner with recruiting to manage interview scheduling, support onsite interview days, and greet candidates onsite to ensure they feel welcomed and supported throughout the process
- Continuously evaluate and improve hiring and people processes based on stakeholder feedback to increase efficiency and employee experience
- Administer and maintain recruiting systems and tooling (e.g., Lever, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, BuiltIn, Candidate.fyi)
- Maintain a centralized view of the recruiting and people tech stack; assess, recommend, and deploy tools to support operational scale
- Own people and hiring data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across scheduling, workflows, and handoffs
- Design, document, and iterate on hiring workflows, templates, and operational playbooks
- Monitor and report on hiring operations metrics, including time-to-hire, funnel movement, and interview capacity
- Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring experience
ABOUT YOU:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or people ops
- Proven ability to run hiring logistics independently with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, professional communicator with a candidate-first mindset
- Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
- Experience supporting technical or GTM hiring
- Familiarity with Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS tools
- Early-stage startup experience
- Exposure to recruiting analytics or employer branding initiatives
POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- Midtown). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
