Manage and optimize global recruiting processes and systems, document workflows, identify inefficiencies, run recruiting initiatives, partner with engineering/product on tool development, maintain data integrity, create reports on hiring metrics, and support stakeholders across New York, Europe, and Asia.
About the position
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to help us optimize our global recruiting processes, support our systems, and manage key projects. You will be based in our New York office, while also providing crucial support for our European and Asian offices.
Your project management skills and technical aptitude will help us maintain our high standards for hiring exceptional talent. Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
- Mastering our recruiting tech stack, troubleshooting issues, and providing time zone-specific coverage for global offices
- Documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to reduce operational friction
- Driving recruiting initiatives from planning to execution, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams on recruiting tools and translating user needs into requirements
- Maintaining data integrity, creating reports on key metrics, and offering data-driven recommendations
- Have 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Experienced with recruiting tools and technologies
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- A systematic thinker with experience documenting complex processes
- A self-sufficient problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable analyzing data and drawing conclusions from it
- Have experience developing tools in partnership with engineering and product teams is a plus
- Experienced working on multi-disciplinary recruiting teams or in multi-office, high-growth environments is a plus but not required
