This role exists to build a consistent, scalable recruiting engine for partner roofing companies, with an immediate emphasis on hiring in-person sales representatives. The objective is to independently run full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, pre-screening, and scheduling on-site interviews—so partners can quickly grow revenue-producing teams. By taking full ownership (without constant direction), this role directly increases the value delivered to partners and to the broader organization.
The Impact you’ll make
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
- Source passive candidates on Indeed and ZipRecruiter by filtering resumes and proactively messaging qualified prospects
- Manage inbound applicants from job postings and respond quickly to keep momentum high
- Extend reach through LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant Facebook/social media groups
Full-Cycle Screening and Coordination
- Conduct structured pre-screening calls to assess sales aptitude, cultural fit, and role requirements
- Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews with partner company owners
- Follow up with applicants to reduce drop-off and maintain a steady flow through each stage
Pipeline and Process Management
- Build and manage recruiting pipelines in Go High Level (GHL), segmented by partner company and role
- Maintain accurate status updates, notes, and tags; ensure clean handoffs to hiring managers
- Create and maintain organized Google Drive folders with role profiles, compensation plans, and process docs
Stakeholder Communication and Requirements Gathering
- Join discovery calls with partner owners to capture role requirements, territories, and compensation details
- Translate requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and screening criteria
- Provide regular progress updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Systems Setup and Continuous Improvement
- Stand up initial GHL pipelines and automations; explore tools like VivaHR or Zapier for efficiency
- Iterate outreach templates, screening rubrics, and job postings for better conversion
- Contribute to playbooks and, over time, help establish best practices that can scale to a team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Hands-on experience sourcing, filtering, and messaging candidates on Indeed and ZipRecruiter (non-negotiable)
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including pre-screens and interview scheduling
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); confident, clear phone presence
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions without constant direction
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM-style tools; can quickly learn and manage pipelines in Go High Level (GHL)
