As a Regional Redistribution Manager, you'll manage relationships with dealerships, drive sales, oversee order management, and ensure inventory balance.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
As a Regional Redistribution Manager (RRM) at Stellantis, you will play a pivotal role in our wholesale distribution model, serving as the primary point of contact for our dealerships & customers. Your expertise in relationship-based selling and deep understanding of our products will enable you to drive sales and support our largest dealerships & customers across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale dealers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified
- Sales Development - Collaborate with wholesale dealers to identify opportunities in Redistribution Stocking Level (RSL), Wholesale Distribution (WD), and Truckload (TL) sales
- Prospect for new RSL, WD, and Truckload customers to expand the customer base
- Order Management - Assist dealers in obtaining, administering, and executing orders for Stocking & Expansion
- Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained through effective management of X-Plans to limit inventory disruptions.
- Act as the liaison between headquarters (HQ), wholesale distributors (WDs), and MSXI to ensure synergy in operations.
- Manage dealer and WD communications regarding Wholesale Elite and VIPR programs and performance levels
- Handle the addition of new parts to the RSL as well as manage supersessions effectively and monitor RSL margin changes to ensure profitability
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in wholesale distribution, sales, or inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Cognos, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with dealers and customers
- Ability to work collaboratively & independently across departments and with external partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SALARY: $98,600-147,800, pay will depend on several factors including experience and location of position
