- Coordinates and plans the schedules and travel plans for VPSOs, Regional Directors and Field Directors' schedules to ensure that their time is allocated efficiently
- Maintains a clean and organized office space, including the computer room, fax machines, printers, phones, TVs and PowerPoint screens, to deliver a working environment that aligns with the Lowe's brand
- Supports customers by answering their letters or calls and dispatching them to the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them
- Creates Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoints to update staff on project status's during quarterly market director meetings and weekly business reviews
- Reconciles expense reports for the VPSO and Regional/Field Directors
- Directs, organizes and plans the logistics (e.g., facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, and audio/visual equipment) for large organization meetings and special event in a manner that ensures meeting goals and budget requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 years Experience in an Administrative function
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Business Administrative function
- Experience in a Executive Administration function
