The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who can help us achieve our goal of driving exponential growth over the next several years. You will contribute to our success by specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with the global strategy. You will be responsible for leading sales efforts with our Independent Manufacturer’s Representative Agencies (by geographic region) by identifying and growing with targeted key end-users, distributors, and/or buying groups; as well as by aligning existing channel and independent manufacturing sales representatives to our activities.

This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, in partnership with our IMR Agencies, for end-users in the geography to achieve company targets and revenue goals. 
  • Drive brand preference and/or end-user specification at large end-users in the specified geographic region. 
  • Establish and execute account plans at targeted end-user accounts. 
  • Create, plan, and implement a strategy in alignment with global sales strategy that ensures short-, medium- and long-term success. 
  • Partner with product management and marketing to understand the value proposition for our offerings, and be able to articulate that to IMR sellers. 
  • Conduct training with IMR sellers to guide them to the targeted end-users/sub-segments, highlight go-to products, train sellers on our products and how best to sell them (hazard identification, solution proposal, etc.), and uncover sales opportunities. 
  • Assist with creating and executing outbound calling campaigns to generate new demand. 
  • Partner with inside sales to penetrate new accounts and expand within existing accounts. 
  • Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners to reach new areas in the market. 

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Ability to travel 40% - 60% of the time 
  • Proven experience (3+ years) of successful experience in selling to end-users with strong negotiation and closing skills 
  • Experience in the safety industry or a related industry(ies) is preferred 
  • Established selling relationships in large companies is also preferred 
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce.com and Power BI preferred) 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed targets

  • Self-motivated and driven with an elevated level of initiative 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment 

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120-130K.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
