Summary: The Regional Education Manager is passionate about and an expert in beauty, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all brand-related events and educational programs for the Americas Market. We are seeking a talented and passionate Education Manager to join our team and help us create unforgettable brand experiences and educational initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of the Americas Education & Training strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand direction and regional business priorities.
  • Design, implement, and refine brand education programs for retail partners and internal teams, leveraging modern learning technologies.
  • Localize global training content for the Americas, tailoring it to market trends and retailer needs.
  • Partner with Field Sales Leadership to identify learning/ performance gaps and develop targeted solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and manage the regional education calendar, including product launches, roadshows, summits, and field events.
  • Oversee, execute and track gratis, collateral, and GWP planning in partnership with Sales and Operations.
  • Track, implement, analyze and manage the education budget and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

Sales Upskilling

  • Ensure all employees, freelancers, and contractors receive consistent training in brandstandards, product knowledge, artistry, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance observations; provide actionable feedback to elevate artistry and service.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify field performance gaps and update training accordingly.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of Beauty Ambassadors, ensuring full training within their first 90 days.
  • Understands market trends and nuances and pivots the education approach accordingly.

Reporting Management

  • Implement and manage training evaluation systems and KPIs (e.g., knowledge retention, sales impact, service consistency).
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess learning outcomes and continuously improve training programs.
  • Track and report results to the Field Manager and Leadership.

Best in Class Eventing

  • Partner with field leadership to shape agendas that address key education and performance needs.
  • Partner with Brand, PR, and Influencer teams to support Americas events and activations as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the beauty industry, Sephora experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent level of collaborative spirit in highly multifunctional team organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The pay range for this role is $100k-$135k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
