Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing & Channel Associate/Senior Associate to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive client engagement, and support fundraising efforts across institutional and wealth channels.

This is a highly visible role, ideal for a candidate with strong project management skills, cross-functional experience, and the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Execution

    • Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing plans aligned with regional and business priorities

    • Assist in defining messaging, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and channel strategy

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution

  • Integrated Campaign Management

    • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, media, and events

    • Drive lead generation and engagement initiatives across target client segments

    • Establish performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness by channel and audience

  • Events & Sponsorship Strategy

    • Identify and support priority proprietary and third-party events across the Americas

    • Manage select sponsorships end-to-end, including content alignment, speaking opportunities, and logistics

    • Coordinate related client engagement and marketing activities tied to events

  • Content Development & Audience Targeting

    • Develop and tailor marketing materials across channels (email, web, social, paid media, and collateral)

    • Customize messaging for key audiences, including:

      • Institutional investors (pensions, sovereign wealth funds)

      • Insurance companies

      • Investment consultants

      • Family offices

    • Support internal advocacy platforms to amplify firm messaging across client-facing teams

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with Sales, Investment teams, Product Strategy, and Corporate Communications

    • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial priorities and product positioning

    • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across regions and functions

  • Budget & Performance Management

    • Manage assigned marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency

    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance

    • Use insights to optimize future initiatives and inform strategic decisions

  • Product Launch & Commercial Support

    • Help prioritize marketing initiatives based on business needs and market opportunities

    • Support go-to-market strategies for new products and investment platforms

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working across global teams and multiple stakeholder groups is a plus

  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within asset management, financial services, or a related field

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, and media)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts

  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset

Base Salary: $115K - $140K

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
