We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager for our East Coast Region to join our team and play a key role in shaping our continued growth across one of our most exciting North American markets.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will serve as the critical link between internal functions and the network of operators who deliver our service on the ground. You will take direct ownership of operator relationships, quality performance, and safety compliance in one of our key strategic markets. Your work will have a direct impact on the organization by driving operational excellence and enabling the continued growth of the North American network.

About the Role

  • Own the quality performance of our operator portfolio across the East Coast, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships
  • Serve as the key interface between operators and internal teams, providing hands-on support across operational and product matters
  • Independently develop analyses and presentations based on quality performance indicators, connecting insights with Business Development and Network Planning
  • Actively lead projects in operations management, coordinating cross-functional teams across Business Development, Operations, and Network Planning
  • Ensure operators align with our processes and standards, providing guidance and support to uphold local safety and ADA compliance
  • Empower operators to engage with FlixUni content and maintain oversight of ADA driver training compliance

About You

  • 2+ years of experience with a history of owning and driving results in a role within passenger transportation, operations, or logistics
  • A self-driven, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a high level of commitment and adaptability
  • Solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency a plus

Salary Range:  $74,000 to $93,000 USD
