Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Serpa Team! As the Regional Sales Executive - US Westcoast Territory, you will be required to maintain and develop new business opportunities in the following territories: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada,
Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Requirements:  

  • Great listening skills
  • Interpersonal skills (hand holding & relationship building)
  • Patience & persistence, non-stop cold calling
  • Must have great hunting/prospecting skills
  • Travel nationally required, 25% up to 75%
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Microsoft office knowledge: Outlook

Desired Requirements: 

  • Pervious sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM software experience

Total compensation includes your pay (base salary), commission (or incentives or both), comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment! Please note that the pay ranges listed on external job boards, outside our posting details, do not accurately reflect our internal compensation ranges. 

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $30,000 - $100,000
