We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team, working remote in the United States. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum! 

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by developing new opportunities and expanding our customer base across the United States to exceed revenue targets. You will also hire and lead the sales team, partner with department heads to resolve customer issues, and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.

Insight on your impact:

  • Identify, develop, and capitalize on sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer accounts. 
  • Expand and strengthen the customer base across the United States while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly gross profit and revenue targets. 
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team. 
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests. 
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management. 

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role. 
  • 2+ years leading or building a sales team.  
  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster strong relationships. 
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks. 
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and customer management. 

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role 

  • Experience in the electronic components industry.
