We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee all sales efforts in a $65 million dollar region, managing both end user and distributor relationships to drive new sales and maintain existing ones. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives to achieve key sales goals, managing a $5 million budget, and developing accurate sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will mentor and develop employees, ensuring future growth opportunities, while also overseeing product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manages all regional sales efforts to convert market demand into relationships with end users and distributors that generate new sales and maintain existing sales
- Leads sales representatives in the region towards the accomplishment of key sales initiatives and sales goals
- Financial responsibilities for approximately $65 Million dollar sales region, while managing a $5 Million budget
- Develops and mentors employees and other sales managers/supervisors for future growth and advancement opportunities
- Creates and manages budgets
- Provides accurate sales forecasts for the region
- Meets timetables for reporting expenses, establishing budgets, developing business plans and others as specified by the US Sales Director
- Participation in product launches, trade shows, conferences
- Provide regular field sales coaching and support ongoing structured training for sales team on topics of need generation, prospecting, solution selling, pipeline management, product training, and negotiation skills
- Execute relevant corporate initiatives and sales strategies
- Bridge communications and messaging between Brady Corporate and field sales team
- Effectively manage travel and entertainment expenses for regional sales team
- Build and execute an annual business plan, and supervise the business plan development of each of the territories.
