As Regional Vice President, you'll provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels while partnering with General Managers to elevate performance across every area of the business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers
• Build strong leadership teams and succession plans
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Inspire leaders—not dependence

• Drive consistent execution of brand and Blue Sky standards
• Improve guest satisfaction and service delivery
• Ensure operational discipline across every hotel
• Remove barriers that limit performance

• Drive NOI, profitability, labor productivity, and market share
• Analyze trends and identify root causes—not just symptoms
• Protect owner investments through disciplined execution
• Deliver measurable business results

✔ Multi-property hotel operations leadership experience

✔ Previous Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Area General Manager, or comparable multi-unit leadership experience

✔ Strong Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major branded hotel experience

✔ Demonstrated success improving financial performance and guest satisfaction

✔ Experience coaching and developing General Managers

✔ Strong financial acumen including P&L, labor management, forecasting, and owner reporting

✔ Proven ability to lead through influence, accountability, and collaboration

✔ Willingness to travel throughout the assigned portfolio
