On-site leadership role – not remote. Candidates must already live within a 1-hour drive from Office (or) be willing to relocate to the same.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a portfolio of hotels managed by Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. The RVP works directly with General Managers to ensure financial performance, brand compliance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across the assigned portfolio. The position reports to the Executive Vice President at the corporate office and requires regular travel to properties within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational performance of assigned hotels and support General Managers in executing company strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG properties.
  • Monitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, RevPAR, and GOP.
  • Review hotel P&L statements and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Conduct regular property visits and operational reviews.
  • Lead and mentor General Managers and property leadership teams.
  • Ensure strong guest satisfaction scores and service standards.
  • Support capital projects, renovations, and property improvement plans.
  • Follow and support all company SOPs

Experience

  • Must have multi-brand experience including branded hotels such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or IHG.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience.
    Strong background in full service and select service hotel operations.
  • Must have had at least 3 years General Manager experience with major brand (as above).

Compensation: $150,000. Incentive based bonus of up to 30% of Salary. 401K Plan, Medical, Dental, Vision. Vacation, Sick, Statutory Holidays.
