We are seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President, Sales to lead and grow our Parchment sales team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, goal-oriented sales leader with a strong background in EdTech or SaaS sales, a strategic mindset, and proven ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and develop high-performing teams.
What You Will Do
Lead the Parchment regional sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets and grow adoption within assigned territories
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and grow wallet share with existing accounts
Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve professional development and sales goals
Build and manage strong relationships with key decision makers at institutions and organizations
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product to optimize go-to-market strategies
Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance on a regular basis, reporting findings to senior leadership
Participate as a thought leader representing Parchment and Instructure at industry events and conferences
Uphold and champion Instructure’s values of transparency, excellence, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
3+ years in a management/leadership role preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing regional market share
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess trends and drive data-informed decisions
Adept at managing complex sales cycles and selling at the C-level
Experience with SalesForce preferred
Experience with Gong or other AI tools preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% per quarter
