About the Role:

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will serve as a key contributor to the Regulatory Affairs team, owning end-to-end regulatory strategy and compliance across our product portfolios. This role is responsible for both bringing new products to market and maintaining compliance throughout the product lifecycle for our current markets, as well as any new international markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive regulatory professional who can translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business guidance and partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams to keep launches on track.

What you will accomplish:

  • Own OTC drug product listing registration, annual renewals, and establishment documentation
  • Oversee domestic and international registration and compliance activities
  • Support post-market activities, including change control, product reformulations, and ongoing compliance monitoring throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate new and evolving regulatory requirements across all target markets, translating changes into practical business impact and strategic guidance for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead regulatory market entry strategy for new countries- researching cosmetic regulations, registration pathways, labeling requirements, and ingredient restrictions to enable successful product launches.
  • Provide competitive intelligence reporting from a regulatory perspective to inform product and business strategy.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries from internal and external partners.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external regulatory partners to ensure compliance across the supply chain.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance across product lines.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory SOPs and internal processes

Experience and Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 3+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the cosmetic, personal care, or consumer products industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. and international cosmetic and personal care regulatory requirements, including FDA, MoCRA, Health Canada, EU Cosmetics Regulation, UK Cosmetics Regulation, and other applicable global market requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with OTC drug regulatory requirements, including product listing, establishment registration, and annual renewals.
  • Demonstrated track record supporting new product development, launch readiness, lifecycle management, and change control activities.
  • Proven ability to monitor evolving regulations and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.

This Should Describe You:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to distill complex regulatory topics for non-regulatory audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to flex as priorities shift.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.

 Here’s Who You’ll Work With:

  • Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs
