Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable regulatory reporting applications and data pipelines
- Build solutions that model complex front-to-back trading workflows and business processes
- Develop and maintain systems that support global trade and transaction reporting requirements
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, and business teams to translate regulatory obligations into technical implementations
- Investigate reporting exceptions, reconcile data discrepancies, and implement durable automated solutions
- Optimize data processing frameworks to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Support the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Leverage modern data engineering technologies and AI-enabled workflows to enhance automation and control frameworks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong professional experience developing software in Python
- Strong SQL and relational database expertise
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and data architecture
- Experience building scalable data processing solutions and distributed systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex, ambiguous challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, transaction reporting, financial controls, or other highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, financial products, and trade lifecycles
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern data engineering technologies
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or machine learning applications
- Experience working with large-scale financial datasets
