The Relationship Manager will solicit corporate clients, evaluate deals, maintain client relationships, and assist with banking products and services.
Company Description
A Major International Bank located in Midtown, NY is seeking a Relationship Manager.
- Solicit targeted corporate clients;
- Establish business relationships and promote bank products and services to prospective clients;
- Understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities with prospective clients;
- Evaluate deals and negotiate deal terms with partners and/or prospective clients;
- In charge of initial due diligence analysis and prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) reports;
- Prepare credit rating and credit line application;
- Perform credit and financial analysis and prepare credit application report;
- Perform loan classification;
- Perform post-disbursement and prepare post-disbursement report;
- Prepare Know Your Customer review and Know Your Customer report;
- Maintain client relationship by understanding clients’ feedback of bank products and services in order to offer satisfactory products and services to clients;
- Ensure timely delivery of clients’ feedback of bank products and services to internal departments and senior management and work internally to meet client needs;
- Assist Head of Commercial Banking with other ad-hoc tasks within the department
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate banking experience, credit or marketing experience. Credit trained a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing in a business environment; Mandarin Chinese is required due to the nature of the position
