Job Description

Grow existing relationships and win new relationships with clients that are in-line with the bank’s strategy.

• Provide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standards. 

• Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and introducing appropriate products, services and segment partners.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual reviews in coordination with the Portfolio Managers.

• Remain well informed on all client matters to minimize risk.

• Maintain a consistent and successful calling program.  

• Maintain a strong deal pipeline for continued portfolio growth in line with both individual and team goals. 

• Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goals.

• Structure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability. 

• Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners. 

• Complete all required training timely.

• Remain fully compliant on all client matters.

• Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank. 

• Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business.  

• Coach, support, develop and motivate junior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 4 – 7 minimum years of experience in managing commercial relationships 
  • Ability in identifying client needs and providing appropriate  
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness,  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally. 
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills

 

The expected annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $190,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
