The Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be joining an experienced team of Relationship Managers to lead long-term, strategic relationships with our clients. - Lead the adoption of best practices for client retention, including business reports
- Drive net dollar retention (post-sales expansion and renewals) for Canoe's clients
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience owning a book of business where you were responsible for. driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, upselling, etc
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
- Experience providing ROI presentations or business reviews to senior stakeholders
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Previous B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments highly preferred
