As an Insurance Producer, you will be employed directly by one of our agency clients, joining a team that leverages trainwell's sales training and coaching platform to maximize your performance and professional development.
This role is focused exclusively on selling insurance policies—no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties. You will work quality leads provided by the agency, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and closing sales without the need for cold calling or purchasing leads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance, and/or Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage
- Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line
- Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs
Total Compensation (Base + Commission): $80,000-$120,000+
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license and/or active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license (licensed in at least one line)
- Experience selling insurance policies in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health lines
- Evidence of insurance sales production, including proof of annualized premium produced for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health
- Willingness to work in a 100% sales role with no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties
- English proficiency sufficient for professional customer-facing sales conversations
- Openness to mentorship and ongoing sales training
- Experience working with agency-provided leads
