The Remote Order Support Representative will assist customers with their order-related inquiries, including order status, tracking, cancellations, and refunds. You will ensure customers have a smooth order process from purchase to delivery. - Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving any issues related to order status.
- Handle customer requests for order cancellations, changes, or returns.
- Troubleshoot problems with shipments, such as delays or lost items.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order processing, shipping, and expected delivery times.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
- Document order inquiries, concerns, and outcomes in the CRM.
