- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up with previous customers to gather feedback and offer additional products or services.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions during sales calls.
- Record all interactions and outcomes in CRM software.
