Manage recruiting administration and workflow: screen applicants, coordinate and track Spark Hire interviews, schedule interviews, maintain ATS and Smartsheet dashboards, generate hiring reports, move candidates through stages, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and recommend process improvements.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process.
This is not a recruiter sales role and this is not a hiring manager role. We are looking for someone who can own recruiting administration, applicant tracking, candidate follow-up, interview coordination, and recruiting workflow management.
Our company operates in the residential construction and plumbing industry and hires a variety of field, warehouse, office, management, and leadership positions.
Requirements- Previous recruiting coordination experience
- Previous Spark Hire and Spark Recruit experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal English
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work during overlapping Eastern Time business hours
- Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Smartsheet
- Google Workspace
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Recruiting and HR software
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all incoming applicants
- Review applications for minimum qualifications
- Send and track Spark Hire interview invitations
- Follow up with applicants to ensure interview completion
- Move candidates through recruiting stages
- Maintain accurate recruiting records
- Manage recruiting workflows within Spark Recruit
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate communications
- Maintain recruiting dashboards in Smartsheet
- Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
- Keep open positions actively managed
- Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies
- Escalate qualified candidates to leadership for review
