Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process.

This is not a recruiter sales role and this is not a hiring manager role. We are looking for someone who can own recruiting administration, applicant tracking, candidate follow-up, interview coordination, and recruiting workflow management.

Our company operates in the residential construction and plumbing industry and hires a variety of field, warehouse, office, management, and leadership positions.

Requirements
  • Previous recruiting coordination experience
  • Previous Spark Hire and Spark Recruit experience (required)
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Highly organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work during overlapping Eastern Time business hours
  • Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously

Experience with the following is preferred:

  • Smartsheet
  • Google Workspace
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Recruiting and HR software

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all incoming applicants
  • Review applications for minimum qualifications
  • Send and track Spark Hire interview invitations
  • Follow up with applicants to ensure interview completion
  • Move candidates through recruiting stages
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records
  • Manage recruiting workflows within Spark Recruit
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Coordinate candidate communications
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards in Smartsheet
  • Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
  • Keep open positions actively managed
  • Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies
  • Escalate qualified candidates to leadership for review
