World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
- Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
- We are looking for someone who is really skilled in both speaking and writing in English.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify borrowers, brokers, and referral partners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Develop and execute strategies to drive immediate growth in monthly funding volume and revenue through both Direct and Indirect sales channels.
- Educate prospects on private lending products, terms, and qualification criteria
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to transition from “order takers” to “proactive closers,” ensuring they hit KPIs and revenue goals.
- Build, expand, and manage a robust network of ISO brokers, ensuring strong partnerships and high-volume lead generation.
- Lead the risk assessment and structuring of deals, ensuring proper stacking analysis, financial evaluation, and underwriting practices.
- Manage and lead negotiations, ensuring successful deal closures, especially in complex or challenging situations.
- Monitor sales performance data, track KPIs, and analyze trends to refine strategies and optimize team results.
- Collaborate with underwriting, funding, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and support team goals.
- Foster a high-energy, competitive, and results-driven culture within the team while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred, but proven success in funding can also make a strong case for your candidacy.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MCA lending, Non-QM Mortgage, or the alternative Business Finance sector.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team of sales representatives while driving sales performance.
- Skilled in Sales and Cold calling
- Showcase a robust track record of managing a growing portfolio with impressive monthly funding volumes.
- Experience in both 'Direct' (in-house leads) and 'Indirect' (ISO/Broker) channels is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and excelling in broker/direct sales environments.
- A successful history of meeting sales targets and steering team KPIs is vital.
- Skilled in generating Broker/ISO leads and effectively directing them to Sales Teams
- Must have a personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone

- Experience in MCA and financial lending, especially in sales roles such as broker or account executive.

- Demonstrated success in engaging with ISO/broker networks and sourcing merchants directly.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
