The salary range for this role is $54,000 - $74,800/year + Bonus

As a Research Analyst with Numerator’s Survey Research team, you’ll be a vital member of our team focusing on supporting the success of a set of teammates and their clients and ad-hoc projects. You will own internal aspects of projects with support from your team, including our Research Consultants. You’ll contribute to project components, from questionnaire design through to analysis and delivery of results to the team members and clients you support.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Primarily responsible for contributing to analytical elements of client projects - including questionnaire development, sample selection, analytical and charting plans, and final report deliverables. This includes liaising with Numerator’s operational and other support teams to successfully field projects and process the resulting data.
  • Contribute to designing and proposing high-quality research solutions to client questions through a solid understanding of sample, research methodologies, basic panel structures, and Numerator offerings, with oversight from a Research Consultant
  • Participate in client communications, as directed by a Research Consultant on each project (e.g., price and scoping, questionnaire feedback, methodological design, etc.) and often working closely with other members of the Numerator client team
  • Manages client workload as well as departmental internal initiatives and goals, with inputs from Research Consultant(s) and oversight from your direct manager
  • Expected to provide mentorship and feedback to members of the Research Operations team as you work side-by-side on projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of quantitative research experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appetite to learn about and actively participate in client relationships

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize accordingly while maintaining superior client service
