The Role

We are seeking a Revenue Marketing Manager to help Geordie build one of the most effective enterprise revenue engines in the world.

You will own the execution of marketing programmes that directly create and accelerate enterprise pipeline, working hand-in-hand with our Sales and Partnerships teams. Your goal is to ensure every marketing initiative has a measurable commercial outcome, helping us generate demand, progress strategic opportunities, and deepen customer and partner relationships.

Initially, you will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing enterprise marketing programmes across events, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and account-based campaigns. You will personally own the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives that help our sales team win more business.

This is not a traditional demand generation role. We are not looking for someone who optimises MQLs or manages large paid marketing budgets. We are looking for someone who constantly asks:

"How can marketing help us create and close more enterprise revenue?"

You will help build the commercial marketing function of a modern AI-native company, ensuring every marketing programme is aligned to pipeline, customer outcomes, and long-term revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Revenue Marketing

• Own the execution of marketing programmes that generate and accelerate enterprise pipeline.

• Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns in partnership with Sales for strategic accounts and opportunities.

• Partner with Account Executives to maximise the commercial impact of every marketing initiative before, during and after execution.

• Measure and continuously improve the commercial performance and ROI of all marketing programmes.

Executive Events & Experiences

• Plan and deliver executive dinners, customer councils, roundtables and other high-quality experiences for enterprise buyers.

• Lead Geordie's presence around key industry events including RSA, Black Hat and other strategic conferences through private events and side programmes.

• Create repeatable event playbooks that consistently generate qualified pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.

Customer & Partner Marketing

• Build and coordinate customer advocacy programmes including end-user communities, references, executive introductions and customer stories that support live opportunities.

• Support the Channel Lead with joint partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and partner events.

• Work closely with partners to maximise the commercial value of shared marketing activities.

Commercial Execution

• Work closely with the Technical Product Marketing Lead, Growth Marketing Lead and Content team to translate messaging into commercially impactful campaigns.

• Continuously improve campaign execution, event programmes and marketing processes as the company scales.

• Ensure marketing remains tightly aligned with Sales, Partnerships and overall company objectives.

Ideal Background

• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology marketing within a high-growth company.

• Experience executing enterprise marketing programmes including executive events, customer marketing, ABM and partner marketing.

• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution.

• Commercial mindset with a passion for measuring success through pipeline and revenue rather than marketing activity.

• Highly proactive and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Naturally collaborative and enjoys working closely with Sales, Partnerships and customers.

Why This Role

The best enterprise marketing teams don't optimise for clicks or lead volume. They build trusted relationships, create memorable experiences, and help great sales teams win more business.

At Geordie, we're building the platform that helps enterprises understand and govern AI agents. Our marketing team exists to create commercial impact, supporting enterprise buyers through every stage of their journey.

This role sits at the centre of that ambition. You will directly influence how we build pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, support our partners, and accelerate enterprise growth.

Our Values

Solve What Matters

We listen intently and stay focused on what truly matters to our customers. If it doesn't help them navigate real-world agentic adoption and risk, it's probably not worth building.

Build, Learn, Iterate

We favour momentum over perfection; testing, learning, and evolving through action. It's how we move fast and get better, together.

Kind, Not Comfortable

We're honest, respectful, and unafraid to challenge each other. We believe doing great work should feel good, too. Kindness makes that possible.
