About the Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to scale our Go-to-Market operations, strategy, and systems. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that automate processes, enhance data accuracy, and deliver insights that unlock efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll gain a deep understanding of a high-growth FinTech platform from first-touch to repeat user, and use that knowledge of our revenue funnel to own projects that have quantifiable impact. As a RevOps analyst at Sydecar, you’ll join a team that values ownership, thoughtful execution, and results. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who can synthesize complex data, enjoy solving intricate problems, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with GTM team leads to refine and optimize marketing, sales, and post-sale processes and handoffs that maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Build and improve existing workflows and automations across Hubspot and integrated tools to create accurate data, and ensure stakeholders across the organization can access the right information at the right time.

  • Work cross functionally to support the roll out of new strategies and growth experiments with training, documentation, and metrics.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for the GTM team; analyze data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and leading indicators that drive performance and revenue growth.

  • Improve forecast and pipeline accuracy by implementing data orchestration and hygiene best practices through process adherence, AI, and automation.

What we’re looking for
  • 1+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, or a similar analytical/process-driven role, preferably at a B2B software company.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of funnel conversion, channel performance, inbound and outbound motions, and intent signals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail.

  • Ownership of projects from scope to execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intermediate Excel/Google sheets skills.

  • Experience with CRM administration such as building workflows and reports

  • An experimentation mindset with GenAI and new tools.

Bonus if you have
  • Experience with Hubspot, Sigma or similar BI tools, Clay, Gong, or Zapier.

  • Experience with usage based revenue models.

  • Experience working in a startup or fintech.

  • An understanding of venture capital and/or private markets.

Sydecar’s values

Our values are important to the way we live and work at Sydecar. They guide our priorities, behaviors and interactions.

Be Committed

As a team, we rise to meet challenges and recognize that we become stronger and develop character when facing adversity.

Be Excellent

We measure our success not just by what we achieve, but by how we achieve it—through integrity, creativity, elegance, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Excellence is not just doing things well—it's looking for ways to do them better.

Be Humble

Humility is our key to personal and professional growth. We appreciate that great ideas can come from anywhere, regardless of seniority, pedigree, or experience. We care more about collective outcomes than who gets credit or who does what. We try to not let our ego cloud our judgment.

Win Together

Winning is no accident. It is the result of collective hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, and most of all, loving what we do. Winning requires that we give extra—sometimes winning calls for late nights or extra effort, and we show up for clients and each other with urgency and heart. While excellence is a journey, winning is a destination.
