You will own core revenue reporting and analysis, partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders, and help ensure our revenue engine scales effectively as the company grows.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both deep analysis and business partnership, and who wants exposure to executive stakeholders in a fast-growing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics & Reporting

- Build and evolve executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce
- Analyze trends and variances across leads, pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue
- Support forecasting and performance reviews with clear, actionable insights
- Ensure metric definitions are consistent and trusted across teams
Business Insights & Enablement
- Translate data into recommendations that influence revenue strategy and execution
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to answer performance questions
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and coverage across the revenue funnel
- Support experimentation and analysis related to outbound efforts, territory design, and GTM initiatives
RevOps Process & Tooling Support
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator on reporting logic, data models, and system changes
- Partner with Data Quality resources to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Document key metrics, dashboards, and reporting logic
- Help improve operational processes through data-driven insights
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Revenue leaders trust and rely on dashboards and insights you own
- Decision-making is faster and more data-driven across Sales and Marketing
- Reporting is standardized, accurate, and scalable
- RevOps spends less time reacting to ad hoc questions and more time driving impact
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytics-focused role
- Strong experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Salesforce
- Solid understanding of B2B revenue funnels, pipeline metrics, and forecasting concepts
- Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth revenue organization
- Working knowledge of SQL or advanced data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with marketing and outbound metrics (leads, campaigns, attribution)
- Experience supporting executive reviews (QBRs, forecasts, board materials)
