We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Collections function. You’re someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work, collaborating across teams, and bringing accuracy and attention to detail to everything you do. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and drive timely cash collection while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Proactively and efficiently communicates high-risk or delinquent accounts appropriately to management 
  • Enter and maintain collection notes into our ERP system 
  • Identify billing discrepancies and initiate internal resolution workflows
  • Work cross functionally with the Billing team and Sales resolve disputes in a timely manner
  • Track key metrics such as DSO for Month End Close as well as other collection AR related reports including account reconciliations. 
  • Assist in improving collections workflows and automation
  • Follow established credit and collections policies

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Data Analytics 
  • Experience with accounting information systems, ideally within revenue operations at a global organization
  • Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone in a clear professional way
  • Strong Excel skills, and be comfortable with extremely large data volumes
  • Experience with major ERP systems required (SAP, Oracle or Netsuite) 
  • Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines required
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, a plus

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in New York, NY.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.

The United States base range for this position is $66,189- $94,556 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
