  • Assist in designing, modeling, and analyzing compensation plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes
  • Support pricing, profitability, and revenue optimization initiatives through data analysis and scenario modeling
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions
  • Maintain strong data hygiene and consistency across systems to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, Analytics, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and automation
  • Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to build dashboards and executive reporting
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration platforms, and modern analytics tooling
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
