Clipbook’s mission: reinvent how leaders listen to and engage the world.
We are the vertical AI category leader for the $100 billion communications, public relations, and public affairs industries.
Since 2023, we have quietly grown into the largest AI company in this segment. We are backed by leading investors - including Mark Cuban, who co-led our seed round.
A bit more about us:

  • We bootstrapped to our first million in ARR and hit profitability before raising our $3.3 million seed round this year.

  • We’re currently growing >10% month-over-month and on track to >3x ARR this year.

  • We’re working with 200+ clients including the Boston Consulting Group, Weber Shandwick, the Gates Foundation, and dozens of government agencies across the country.

  • We will raise our Series A in early 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • GTM Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain our full RevOps stack (HubSpot, Equals, analytics, automation, commission tracking, dashboards). Build and maintain a unified revenue model that ties together pipeline, renewals, expansions, capacity, and forecasting.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Stand up consistent forecasting cadence across Sales + CS. Build rep-level dashboards for attainment, pipeline health, ARR, churn, and NRR. Own recurring reporting packages for leadership, board updates, and planning cycles.

  • Process Design & Optimization: Help operationalize the sales process from first touch → close → onboarding → renewal. Improve pipeline quality, handoffs, lead scoring, ICP definition, and deal hygiene. Create scalable workflows for contracting, multi-year pricing, expansions, renewals, and invoicing/payments.

Data & Insights: Build Clipbook’s revenue “source of truth,” establishing clean data logic across new business, expansions, churn, and multi-product deals. Provide insights that help leadership make faster, better decisions on GTM strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product on usage and interest metrics, health scores, NPS tracking, and feature adoption. Work closely with Top of Funnel + Marketing on lead scoring, pipeline metrics, etc. to create tight feedback loops for our outreach efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • 0–2+ years at high growth start-ups in revenue/strategy or equivalent experience.

  • Sharp, analytical thinker who loves systems, data, and solving operational puzzles.

  • Comfortable owning problems end-to-end, even if you haven’t done it before.

  • Strong with spreadsheets, metrics, and figuring things out quickly.

  • Bias toward action — you move fast, learn fast, and don’t need hand-holding.

  • Interested in startups, SaaS, and building processes that scale.

  • No prior specific RevOps experience required but preferred, prior exposure to sales, CS, analytics, or operations is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, medical, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited / flexible PTO policy, 401(k).

  • A profitably- and rapidly-growing startup with commercial rigor at its core.

  • A smart, hard working, and resourceful team that comes from BCG, Stripe, The White House, and more.
