Role Overview

As the RevOps Manager (US), you will operationalize Botify's global revenue processes across the US market, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to drive productivity, forecast accuracy, and scalable growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, RevOps, you'll translate strategy into day-to-day execution. You will own pipeline, forecasting cadence, and deal operations, and you will build the automated, AI-assisted workflows that keep our lead-to-revenue and quote-to-cash motions consistent, fast, and aligned with global standards.

  • Title: Revenue Operations Manager, US

  • Reports to: Senior Manager, RevOps

  • Location: New York City, NY. Onsite 2 to 3 days per week

  • Travel: Occasional for kickoffs, enablement, and cross-functional workshops

What you'll do:Governance & Cadence
  • Run the US forecast, pipeline, and QBR cadence in line with global definitions and stage criteria.

  • Drive pipeline quality: stage hygiene, aging remediation, conversion analysis, and coverage ratios.

  • Support global Rules of Engagement (RoE) and lead/account ownership standards.

Analytics & Insights
  • Build and maintain regional dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy, ARR growth, NRR/GRR signals, and attribution.

  • Root-cause performance gaps and recommend actions to Marketing, SDR, AE, and AM leaders.

Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash
  • Operate the regional deal desk: enforce discount guardrails, term standardization, and approvals.

  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Security on non-standard terms, aligned to global playbooks.

  • Reduce time-to-quote, increase pricing and packaging consistency, and improve booking accuracy.

Workflow Automation & Systems
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across the GTM stack (n8n preferred) to remove manual work: lead routing, data enrichment, alerting, deal desk approvals, CRM hygiene, and reporting.

  • Own US execution in Salesforce and the GTM stack (CPQ, engagement, routing, enrichment).

  • Partner with Global RevOps on integrations, data governance, lead routing, and attribution consistency.

  • Document workflows and monitor them so they stay reliable and easy to hand over.

Working with AI
  • Using AI is a prerequisite in this role, not a bonus. You are expected to work with AI assistants (Claude and similar) as part of your daily toolkit: analyzing data, drafting documentation and playbooks, investigating pipeline anomalies, and accelerating research and reporting.

  • Embed AI into the GTM workflows you build, covering enrichment, summarization, classification, account research, and signal interpretation, so the team gets leverage, not just you.

  • Apply good judgment on data quality, privacy, and verification: you know what to automate, what to review, and what to keep human.

GTM Enablement & Onboarding
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard reps, reinforce methodology (MEDDICC / Command of the Message or equivalent), and drive adoption of global processes.

  • Localize and deliver playbooks, dashboards, and "how to win" guides for the US team.

Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as the US point of contact for global RevOps, and coordinate with the EMEA team across time zones.

  • Feed regional learnings back into global standards to continuously improve effectiveness.

Your qualifications:
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role; enterprise SaaS experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk.

  • Strong Salesforce administration and operations experience; familiarity with CPQ is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated workflows (n8n ideally; Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar considered), including APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.

  • Fluent, daily use of AI assistants in your work, with a clear point of view on where they help and where they don't.

  • Skilled in data storytelling; able to translate insights into action for GTM leaders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management; comfortable influencing without authority.

Tools You'll Likely Use:

Salesforce (must have), Salesforce CPQ, n8n, Claude, Clay, Gong, and a sales engagement platform.

Nice to Have:
  • Hands-on experience with Clay.

  • Growth operations knowledge: intent data, buying signals, signal-based prospecting and scoring, and how to turn them into routing and prioritization workflows.

  • Experience with multi-country enterprise contracting patterns and pricing or packaging iterations.

  • Familiarity with enterprise data management and attribution modeling.

Salary:

$ 90,000 - $110,000 annual salary + bonus

What we offer:
  • Unlimited Time Off

  • 11 company holidays

  • 16 weeks of parental leave

  • Summer Fridays

  • Health & wellness perks; ClassPass Subscription

  • Team building events and initiatives

  • Flexible work policy

  • Company-sponsored health, vision and dental insurance

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k
