THE COMPANY

At Builder Prime, we’re revolutionizing the home improvement industry by doing more than just building software—we're giving hardworking contractors their time and freedom back. Our all-in-one business management solution is the essential platform for companies at their "level-up" moment, seamlessly integrating CRM, estimating, production management, payments, and reporting. By replacing disjointed tools with a unified data and automation foundation, we empower businesses to operate more efficiently, win more jobs, and achieve their growth goals.

Builder Prime is backed by Blueprint Equity and is an AI-forward company. That means every employee is expected to use AI on real problems—not hypotheticals, not demos, but the actual work on their desk. We invest in tools, training, and time for our team to experiment and share what they learn. We’re not waiting on the sidelines, and we don’t have it all figured out. We’re building this practice alongside our team, in the open.

We look for collaborative, community-oriented team members who bring initiative, curiosity, and a genuine interest in figuring out how AI can make their work and their customers’ outcomes better.

THE ROLE

Builder Prime is a growing, Series B company where the RevOps function is at an inflection point. Our systems and processes are built out, but as the company scales, much of that infrastructure needs to be rearchitected to support the next stage of growth. This is a chance to take what exists, identify what needs to change, and rebuild it the right way. If you want to shape how a GTM org operates, not just maintain what someone else built, this role was designed for you.

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own day-to-day operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and work directly with GTM leadership as a strategic partner. That means you will be in the room for planning conversations, your analysis will inform real decisions, and you will have the latitude to drive change across systems, processes, and tooling. RevOps at Builder Prime is a strategic function with a seat at the table, and this role carries real ownership and real influence.

This is also a role at the front of a major shift. AI is changing what a lean RevOps team can accomplish, and we want someone who sees that as an opportunity to raise the ceiling on their own impact. You will have the tools and the freedom to rethink how reporting, enrichment, and automation get done, and to build workflows that punch well above their weight.

This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, who presently reside in the US. There is a preference for candidates in states where we already have Builder Prime employees: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster) that some of the sales team works out of.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Build and maintain the GTM source of truth: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, churn and retention, and activity pacing.

  • Develop dashboards that GTM leaders actually use, not just ones that exist.

  • Own the narrative behind the numbers. Surface trends and risks proactively, without being asked.

Own the Revenue Infrastructure

  • Own HubSpot end to end: architecture, workflows, data integrity, and user governance.

  • Design a data model that stays trustworthy as volume grows, including the field standards, enrichment logic, and dedupe rules that hold up at scale.

  • Design and automate cross-object associations, lead routing, deal desk workflows, and renewal and expansion triggers.

  • Establish and protect CRM governance standards. RevOps owns the system; you are the last line of defense against configuration drift.

  • Own the operational handoff points across the funnel, from MQL to SAL to closed-won to onboarding. Ensure clean transitions, accurate stage definitions, and consistent data capture at every step so nothing falls through the cracks as deals move between teams.

A note on the shape of this work: much of the current infrastructure needs to be rearchitected, not just maintained. The first two quarters will be front-loaded with a design phase that will include cleanup, normalization, and governance work. That foundation work is the highest-leverage thing you will do all year, because once it is right, everything downstream gets easier and your time shifts toward strategic analysis, optimization, and proactive insight. You are not inheriting someone else's system. You are redesigning it.

Partner Across the GTM Org

  • Own the weekly and monthly GTM performance story end to end. You decide what the numbers are actually saying, what is working, what is not, and what needs to change, and you present that directly to GTM leadership. When the Director sets departmental strategy, she is building on your analysis. You are the person who turns raw funnel data into the point of view the leadership team makes decisions on.

  • Work with SDR and AE teams on pipeline governance, list building, sequence reporting, and activity tracking. Build scalable processes for territory and lead routing as the team grows.

  • Proactively flag conversion gaps and pipeline health issues before they become leadership problems.

  • Own renewal and expansion dashboards. Track health scores, churn risk, and expansion signals with enough lead time for CX to act on them.

  • Partner with CX leadership to improve visibility into adoption, retention trends, and expansion forecasting.

  • Support Marketing on campaign setup, attribution modeling, and multi-channel performance reporting. Ensure inbound and outbound attribution is accurate, documented, and trusted by the team.

Evaluate and Optimize the GTM Stack

  • Audit and optimize the GTM stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Gong, Claude, and others).

  • Own vendor relationships, subscription management, and renewal decisions.

  • Evaluate new tools with a bias toward outcomes, not features. Make the build-vs-buy call and own the rollout.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, success means the GTM org trusts the data, leadership uses your dashboards without asking for ad hoc pulls, and the systems you own run without daily intervention. You have rebuilt the parts of the infrastructure that needed it, established governance standards the team respects, and shifted from reactive firefighting to proactive analysis. Your manager is not reviewing your work line by line. You are bringing finished recommendations and she is saying yes, adjusting, or redirecting.

HOW YOU WILL USE AI

AI is transforming what a small RevOps team can accomplish, and this role sits at the center of that shift. You will use AI tools daily to expand your reach, eliminate manual work, and operate at a level of output that would not have been possible two years ago. Here is what that looks like in practice:

  • Use AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring reporting (pipeline coverage, churn risk, activity pacing) and eliminate manual data pulls across HubSpot, Gong, and other GTM tools.

  • Use AI to accelerate prospecting and account research, surfacing high-fit targets and enriching account data to support both outbound and expansion motions.

  • Use AI to identify expansion-ready accounts by surfacing behavioral and firmographic signals, feeding a prioritized list into CX and AE workflows.

  • Evaluate and implement new AI-powered tooling across the GTM stack, owning the build-vs-buy recommendation and rollout from end to end.

THE MUST-HAVES
  • 3-5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a cross-functional GTM Ops role at a high-growth SaaS company, with broad ownership across systems, processes, and analytics. At least 1 year must have been in a Revenue Operations Manager or equivalent title with full-cycle ownership of a CRM instance and GTM reporting stack. This is not an entry-level ops role. In exchange, you get real ownership, direct access to GTM leadership, and the autonomy to make decisions that shape how the company operates.

  • Deep HubSpot proficiency. You have owned an instance end to end, not just worked inside one.

  • Experience rebuilding or rearchitecting GTM infrastructure to support a scaling org.

  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to move from data to insight to recommendation independently.

  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership.

  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation platforms.

  • Practical AI literacy. You have used AI tools to solve real problems in your work and can speak to where it creates value versus noise. You can walk us through a specific workflow where you used AI to produce an outcome that would have taken significantly longer or been impossible without it. We will ask.

  • High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You set your own agenda, flag problems early, and close the loop without being asked.

  • You default to bringing a recommendation, not a question. When given an outcome and context, you independently determine the approach, execute it, and bring the finished work for review. You do not need to co-build with your manager to produce quality output, and you flag problems early with a proposed solution attached.

THE NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience in a SaaS company serving SMB or contractor markets.

  • HubSpot Certifications: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and/or HubSpot Reporting are a plus. Experience is always more important than certifications.

  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Gong, Aircall, Claude, Zapier, Zendesk, CS Platforms (like Planhat or Gainsight), and/or Pendo.

  • Exposure to CPQ, billing systems, or revenue recognition workflows.

  • Experience supporting or building an outbound motion from scratch.

  • Experience with BI platforms and advanced analytics.
