🚀 About Compa

Compa is a venture-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the future of compensation.

In a dynamic job market with hiring challenges, accountability, and the rise of AI, companies need the best data to stay ahead of industry changes, competition, and costs. Compa has developed the premier real-time compensation data platform, delivering top-tier compensation intelligence to leading enterprise teams.

Compa is a compensation intelligence company built to augment enterprise compensation teams in the era of AI.

Our customers include the world’s biggest companies: Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, Mastercard, T-Mobile, Sanofi, Moderna, Gilead Sciences, and more.

The Role:

Compa is growing fast—and so is our go-to-market motion. But to scale predictably, we need more than hustle—we need smart, agile systems that connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll architect and optimize the infrastructure that powers every lead, opportunity, and renewal across our GTM funnel. You’ll play a pivotal role in refining how we track, measure, and improve everything that drives revenue.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Refine GTM tool adoption and impact:

  • Create clear processes for CRM hygiene across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and lifecycle marketing

  • Improve deal flows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and content attribution

  • Build automations that reduce manual work and improve conversion

  • Increase adoption of tools like HubSpot and Sybill across teams

Create visibility and accountability for GTM:

  • Build and maintain reporting across the customer journey

  • Deliver real-time insights to GTM and Finance teams for forecasting, quota attainment, and renewal tracking

  • Set and maintain standards for data hygiene and governance

  • Be a scrappy operator who can execute quickly and communicate clearly

Expand GTM enablement efforts:

  • Track content and event performance (e.g., roundtables, workshops, customer dinners)

  • Surface customer insights to influence marketing and sales content

  • Ensure verticals and GTM teams are trained and aligned on current messaging

Deliver measurable results:

  • Optimize HubSpot to support the full GTM lifecycle

  • Automate workflows, dashboards, and campaign reporting

  • Identify and eliminate redundancies and friction in the tech stack

  • Ensure alignment and accountability across GTM teams

Ultimately, you’ll be an essential leader at Compa—powering revenue clarity and teaching others how to work smarter.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operations role

  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (building workflows, automations, reporting)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight

  • Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance teams

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS environment

  • Familiarity with RevOps tech stack tools (e.g., Sybill, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment platforms)

  • Experience building attribution models, lead scoring systems, and lifecycle reporting

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems that balance speed and structure
