Director/VP, Revenue Operations

About Hatch

Hatch builds AI agents that sell, support and engage - not just behind the scenes, but in the wild with your customers. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, NextView and Y Combinator, we’re defining the category for AI-powered customer engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Director / VP of Revenue Operations to architect and scale the GTM infrastructure that powers Hatch’s next phase of growth. This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance designing the systems, processes, and analytics that drive predictability, alignment, and operational excellence.

This is a foundational leadership role for someone who’s built RevOps at a growth-stage tech company ($10M+) and thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy. You’ll build a world-class revenue engine that accelerates our path to $100M+ in ARR.

The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user with a strong grasp of the evolving GTM tech stack.

Who You Are

  • Strategic and tactical: you can build board-level forecasts one hour and fix a lead-routing error the next.

  • Analytical thinker: fluent in CAC payback, funnel conversion math, ARR bridges, and cohort modeling.

  • Clear communicator and diplomat: comfortable pushing back on leadership when needed and aligning cross-functional teams with data and structure.

  • Builder mentality: you’ve built RevOps systems and processes from the ground up and know how to balance rigor with flexibility.

  • Change leader: you don’t just roll out tools — you drive adoption, train teams, and explain the “why” behind process changes.

  • Growth-minded: energized by fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to grow into leading a RevOps function as Hatch scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and own the GTM operating system: build scalable processes for lead routing, opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and account planning.

  • Establish and maintain the single source of truth across HubSpot and the broader GTM stack, ensuring data hygiene, aligned definitions, and end-to-end visibility.

  • Build the analytics layer: develop dashboards, cohort models, and ARR bridges that reveal conversion trends, CAC payback, and funnel efficiency.

  • Drive strategic planning: lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, capacity modeling, and territory design in partnership with Sales and Finance.

  • Partner with leadership to deliver board-ready reporting, forecast scenarios, and actionable insights that inform company strategy.

  • Evaluate and implement GTM tools (HubSpot, CPQ, forecasting, enablement, outreach) and ensure adoption and ROI.

  • Own cross-functional alignment: act as the voice of GTM process across teams, surfacing gaps and driving consistent execution from top-of-funnel to renewal.

  • Lead change management: champion process adoption and communicate the “why” behind every initiative to ensure buy-in across teams.

Must Have

  • 5+ years in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Strategy roles within high-growth B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record of building RevOps functions in scaling environments ($XXM → $100M ARR).

  • Advanced expertise with HubSpot, Clay and the modern GTM tech stack.

  • Deep experience in forecasting, planning, and executive-level reporting.

  • Passion for exploring how AI and automation can unlock efficiency.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Hybrid work environment (4 days/week in our SoHo office)

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • 401(k) plan

  • Flexible PTO

  • Opportunity to build at the ground floor of a high-growth, mission-driven company

Why Hatch
  • Shape the future of AI-driven customer service

  • Build alongside founders and leaders who value speed, ownership, and ambition

  • Solve hard problems that impact real businesses and customers

  • Join a team of builders who care about great engineering, fast execution, and each other
