About Evervault

Evervault is a data security & compliance infrastructure company. We help engineering teams build powerful and flexible product experiences using their most sensitive payment data, while keeping their data secure and compliant with the most rigorous standards.

Our mission is to make world-class data security effortless and pervasive. Our customers range from small startups building their first product to the largest financial institutions in the world.

Our sales process requires deep product understanding and a strong grasp of the business drivers behind data security. Many of our customers use us to streamline compliance with payments security standards like PCI DSS, or to build complex and novel payment flows that differentiate their products. We aim to be a trusted partner of our customers on all things security and compliance – in fact, maybe their most trusted partner.

About the role

We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to help us plan, forecast, and spend efficiently as we grow our sales and marketing teams. As the founding RevOps team member you will be expected to help test, scale and implement strategies and tactics to build new business, and scale our revenue generation engine. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently ask for feedback to improve your skill set.

This role reports directly to our CEO. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial planning & analysis (FP&A), owning and managing core business metrics, and tracking various data points of success that will help optimize our sales & marketing efforts.

What you'll do

  • Revenue Operations & Sales Support
    • Sales Targeting & Compensation: Work with our Head of Sales & CEO to define and manage sales quotas, commission structures, and performance tracking for our small but growing sales and marketing teams.
    • CRM & Sales Process Optimization: Ensure data hygiene in the CRM (HubSpot) and improve sales funnel efficiency.
    • Deal Desk & Pricing Strategy: Support AEs and leadership with deal structuring, approvals, and pricing strategies.
    • Revenue Tracking & Forecasting: Own pipeline reporting and revenue analytics, collaborating with sales leadership.
    • Sales Enablement: Work with marketing to refine sales collateral and training.
  • Finance & FP&A
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets across GTM, ensuring alignment with company growth plans.
    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Partner with leadership to model revenue growth scenarios and financial projections.
    • Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee invoice tracking, collections, and payments.
    • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency and financial health.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with the Founder & Sales Leadership: Provide financial insights and operational support for sales leadership.
    • Partner with Marketing: Align revenue operations with growth marketing and product marketing efforts.
    • Support Solutions Engineering & Post-Sales Efforts: Ensure smooth post-sales operations and revenue retention tracking.

Who you are

  • Experience
    • 3–7 years of experience in Finance, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations at a high-growth startup (preferably B2B SaaS or Fintech).
    • Experience in RevOps, FP&A, or strategic finance roles, ideally supporting sales teams.
    • Background in a Series A–C startup or a fast-scaling company with an evolving GTM motion.
  • Skills
    • Bias for Action: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
    • Analytical & Data-Driven: Can turn complex data into actionable insights for leadership and the company more broadly.
    • Strong Communicator: Can collaborate across departments and present financial insights clearly.
    • Builder Mentality: Comfortable building financial and operational processes from scratch rather than inheriting existing systems.
  • Nice-to-haves
    • Experience with consumption-based pricing models and forecasting
    • Interest in developer tooling and API products
    • Desire to work on other functional areas like banking and vendor partnerships
