StubHub is seeking for an Revenue Operations Manager to join our Seller Experience and Marketplace Growth team. As a Revenue Operations Manageryou’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence across StubHub’s commercial organization. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics—ensuring our teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to grow revenue efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions. 
 
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA 

What You'll Do:

  • Own Salesforce as the primary CRM and source of truth for revenue data—ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and intuitive user workflows. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize the lead-to-revenue process, from pipeline management to forecasting and reporting. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that enable teams to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Collaborate with sales on quota setting, territory management, and revenue planning. 
  • Identify and execute process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity. 
  • Support executive-level reporting and performance reviews with actionable insights and data visualization. 

What You've Done:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 
  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations. 
  • Deep experience administering and optimizing Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and user management. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams. 
  • Self-starter with a passion for building scalable systems and improving efficiency.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
