Role Summary

As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll own the systems, processes, and insights that power Braintrust’s go-to-market engine. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you’ll be responsible for creating clarity, predictability, and leverage across the entire revenue lifecycle — from first touch through expansion and renewal.

This is a hands-on, builder role in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You’ll design and scale core RevOps foundations including forecasting, pipeline management, tooling, reporting, and performance analytics, while acting as a trusted partner to sales leadership and frontline teams. Your work will directly impact how efficiently Braintrust grows, how accurately we forecast, and how well we convert market demand into durable revenue.

This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive GTM operations: Build and maintain the cadence, analytics, and tools that help sales teams hit targets while ensuring alignment with Finance on forecasting and planning.

  • Translate strategy into execution: Turn high-level goals into scalable operating plans, dashboards, and processes that drive accountability and efficiency.

  • Lead forecasting and analytics: Own weekly forecast cycles, analyze pipeline health, and surface actionable insights on coverage, conversion, and performance.

  • Design and manage compensation programs: Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to design comp plans, calculate commissions, and ensure accurate, transparent, and timely payouts.

  • Deal desk & deal support: Support reps during late-stage deal cycles by facilitating pricing approvals, structuring non-standard terms, managing quote creation, and ensuring operational and financial compliance.

  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to streamline handoffs, optimize data flow, and improve decision-making.

  • Design and optimize territories: Support segmentation, account scoring, and coverage models to maximize productivity and balanced workload.

  • Enable process excellence: Help manage the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, BoostUp, etc.) and ensure data integrity, automation, and adoption at scale.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, forecasting frameworks, and pipeline analytics.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools. SQL is a plus!

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, especially between Sales and Finance.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.

  • A mindset rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Benefits include
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages

  • Flexible time off

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • AI Stipend
